[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #3957: InputSlot PPD option generally does not work in CUPS 1.5.x

CUPS adds the option setting "AP_D_InputSlot=" to every job. This overrides
the InputSlot option and so the InputSlot setting and even the default
setting for InputSlot in the PPD get never used, rendering InputSlot
useless.

This way one cannot select the input paper tray, neither via the printing
dialog when sending a job nor by the default setting done in printer setup
tools.

A small patch (attached) solves the problem. It simply makes the
AP_D_InputSlot option being ignore when its argument is empty.
