[STR New]

>From Adobe Acrobat on Linux (Debian Lenny, cups version 1.3.8-1lenny5),
PDF/A files print blurred.

Someone described the problem as double-striking, sort of like the second
strike is offset about a millimeter to the side.

Here is an example:

http://www.ams.org/journals/tran/1966-121-01/S0002-9947-1966-0185084-5/S0002-9947-1966-0185084-5.pdf

I tried setting the Page Display Preferences -> Categories -> Documents ->
View Documents In PDF/A Mode to "Never", but it made no difference.

Our printers are:

HPLaserJet 5200dtn
HPLaserJet 4250dtn
HPLaserJet 9040dn

This does work under Windows (to an older printer, HP LaserJet 1320n), but
not Linux.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you.
