[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3943: Cups creates bad pam.d/cups file

After installing cups form ports on FreeBSD 8.2 Release GENERIC kernel, the
file in /usr/local/etc/pam.d/cups reads as:

auth required pam_pam_unix.so.so nodelay
account required pam_pam_unix.so.so nodelay

Obviously the modules should read as "pam_unix.so".

Others have submitted this bug through the FreeBSD reports but the bug
seems specific to the CUPS port.

How to reproduce:
Install CUPS from the ports on a fresh FreeBSD 8.2 GENERIC kernel.
