[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #4064: No print ipp with cups 1.5.2

I dont understand why if "This printer does not really support IPP" he
works IPP with cups 1.4 during one year?

I dont speak well english but this printer support IPP with cups 1.4 and
no with cups 1.5 (look first post)and :

"Print file was not accepted." 	 


I try use socket and when i use socket (with port 9100) cups return : The
printer is busy.
