Suggestion: cups-windows -package to be repackaged

I was installing Linux into a new PC the other day. During my Samba-setup it occurred to me that the cups-windows -package has architecture i386 in it. See: http://www.cups.org/software.php cups-windows-6.0-1.i386.rpm
IMHO the architecture of RPM should be noarch, there are no Linux executable binaries in the package, after all. Also there is a requirement for cups-config command during build. So, I'm suggesting a patch for cups-windows .spec-file to fix these two issues.
