[STR New]
When a job has been submitted with "lp -H hold", and afterwards is
cancelled, the resulting job-completed event notification has no
notify-printer-uri or printer-name attributes.
This is because job->printer is NULL, as the destination (which may be a
class) hasn't yet been resolved into a printer.
I think it ought to supply printer-name from job->dest in this situation.
This information is useful to e.g. desktop clients monitoring print jobs.
