[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #4021: 1.5.2 no longer builds on RHEL6

configure/make by hand works fine, but rpmbuild -ta exits with the
following errors:


Checking for unpackaged file(s): /usr/lib/rpm/check-files
/root/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/cups-1.5.2-1.x86_64
error: Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:
   /usr/share/doc/cups/fr/index.html
   /usr/share/doc/cups/hu/index.html


RPM build errors:
    Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:
   /usr/share/doc/cups/fr/index.html
   /usr/share/doc/cups/hu/index.html


This didn't happen on 1.5.0. Presumably it's an error introduced into
packaging/cups.spec
