Name: Unknown//User: Withheld

I just started getting this error. The print job names show up as 'Unknown' and the username is 'Withheld'. It does this even when I'm the one printing.
I also have another, slightly less important bug: Job print files keep disappearing. They're there (I can reprint the jobs, etc.) but they disappear eventually--sometimes after a few days; sometimes after a week or two.
Lastly, a quick question: Where are the print job files stored? I was under the impression that it's /var/spool/cups, but that folder is always empty.

I am running Mac OS 10.7.2 and (I believe) CUPS 1.5. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Please note that I'm pretty new to this so I might need a little help ;-).
