I've been seeing this for a long time with 1.4.3 and Ricoh 1356 and ikon
1050 printers. Our situation actually occurs at the same time every day
(approx 8AM). So not as random. I've gotten around it by offsetting our
system clock by 12 hours since we don't print at night.
