[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #4037: building rpm from cups-1.5.2-source.tar.bz2 fails due to spec file now including some files

trying to build an rpm on scientific linux 6.1 

> rpmbuild -ta cups-1.5.2-source.tar.bz2

goes fine until you get at the end;

the attached patch.diff proposes the lines to add to
cups-1.5.2/packaging/cups.spec to make the rpmbuild complete successfully.
