8 should be included as one of the number-up options. With ISO 'A' paper
sizes it is easy to scale any binary power number of sheets onto any other
A size for printing, with no cropping or distortion. The current number-up
list includes the binary powers 1, 2, 4 and 16, but omits 8. This makes no
sense.
