[STR New]

See

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups/+bug/957023

A user reports that his cupsd is crashing and as soon as he removes all
files in /var/cache/cups/ before restarting cupsd cupsd keeps running for
him again.

There is a stack trace attached to the bug report:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups/+bug/957023/+attachment/2881277/+files/Stacktrace.txt

This leads to the idea that most probably with the attached patch thecrash
gets prevented, but I am not sure whether this is the correct solution. I
cannot test as I cannot reproduce the bug.
