[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #4073: jobs printing multiple times

Admin at a university here. Just installed the newest version of Ubuntu
11.10 and CUPS 1.5.0 and I can verify this. HP printers using IPP are
randomly printing multiple copies. I have two labs experiencing this
problem. Glad I'm not the only one experiencing it. Was really confused
how this could randomly pop up.
