[LOW] 1.5.3 - specfile - fix for RH packaging error

Redhat's EL6 HPLIP packages require "cupsddk-drivers", due to a minor packaging error. There may be other packages with this fault.

In order to workaround this, cups.spec needs to be updated as follows:

-Provides: lpd, lpr, LPRng
+Provides: lpd, lpr, LPRng, cupsddk-drivers

It probably wouldn't hurt to add cupsddk-drivers to the "Obseletes" as well.
