[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #4089: clients ignore DefaultPrinter

This is embarrassing.

Some unknown process wrote an lpoptions file to /etc/cups — I must’ve
printed something as root some time in the past — and that overrode the
<DefaultPrinter/> setting. ☹

With that gone, everything works as expected.

Will the existence of an immutable empty /etc/cups/lpoptions file cause
any problems for cups?  Will anything try to edit it and die due to its
immutability?
