Open till drawer with CUPS (Python, Ubuntu)

I am using cups for printers for my web application developed in Python. I did some research how to open till cash drawer and I learned that usually cash drawer is opening after printing (after a signal from a printer). I successfully managed to configure printers for different locations via cups but not solving till drawer problem. Does anyone had similar experience?
