Converting a html document to PDF via CUPS doesn't import images if the
html document contains image source links that return the HTTP 1.1
temporary redirect statuses of 307 or 303.  It does however correctly
follow the deprecated 302 HTTP 1.0 status.

Unfortunately I'm nowhere near proficient enough in C/C++ to provide you a
fix, however the return code is missing from http.h in the CUPS source in
versions 1.4.2 all the way to 1.7 latest (I haven't checked earlier
versions).
