[cups-devel] Does CUPS 1.7.0 and above utilize DTLS?

Could someone provide information on whether CUPS 1.7.0 and above utilizes the DTLS protocol?  I've searched, and asked on the CUPS user discussion list, but haven't found anything that indicates that it does.  However, I need to verify that  I haven't missed anything.
