[cups-devel] [UNKN] STR #4489: Problem with cups classes: Options like duplex color not available

Alok,

We don't do the GUIs you are using.  Obviously GNOME is not using the CUPS API to get the PPD file, otherwise they would work automatically.  Please talk to your Linux distributor to get support and/or a fix.
