We DO NOT use autoheader or any of the other autotools besides autoconf in
CUPS. Aside from introducing GNU-isms that break builds on other platforms,
it makes maintaining the makefiles and build environment considerably more
difficult.

So please don't bother trying to use autoheader (or at least expect you
will need to maintain your own patches to make it work...)
