I really don't care. The "undefined behavior" in this case is a standards
body asserting a naming constraint that can never be enforced - the
compiler still needs to be able to accept it as input, since it is valid C
syntax and is needed to compile system code and process system/compiler
headers.

Like I said, *if* we ever run into a platform that has trouble with this
and that we want to support, we will look at making changes here.  But in
the meantime making gratuitous changes now will break existing code, so WE
WILL NOT BE CHANGING THIS.
