[STR New]

I have done a first test of the IPP Everywhere compatibility of CUPS queues
on Linux.

As an example I have used the queue of an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2646
All-in-one set up with HPLIP on an Ubuntu 15.04 system (PPD file attached).

I have run the following tests of the PWG IPP Everywhere self certification
test suite:

cupsctl --share-printers
sh bonjour-tests.sh 'HP Deskjet 2640 series @ till-x1carbon'
sh ipp-tests.sh 'HP Deskjet 2640 series @ till-x1carbon'

I got several FAILs. The plist files and the PPD file are attached. I did
not do the document test on this printer as it would consume a lot of ink.

Note that Ubuntu's CUPS has the patch of STR #4428 applied.
