As CUPS queues are supposed to emulate IPP Everywhere printers it is always
possible that bugs get reported with result files of the PWG IPP Everywhere
Self Certification attached, like STR #4630.

Unfortunately the STR system does not accept these result files, probably
for these three reasons:

1. The file names have spaces and '@'
2. The files have the ".plist" extension
3. The file content

I had to wrap the files into a .tar.gz to attach them to STR #4630. It
would be much easier for me and also for the reader of my bug report if the
files could be attached directly.

Special attention is also needed if this bug tracker is also used on the
PWG site as there printer manufacturers will attach their plist files.
