[cups-devel] [ipptool] Binary packages version question

In the download section of cups.org the MSI package for ipptool is
available with most recent version as `ipptool-20140328-windows.msi`.

Installing this and running `ipptool --version` reports: `CUPS v1.7.5`.

When installing the IPP-Everywhere self-certification MSI-installer from
pwg.org, it includes an ipptool.exe too. For this one, `ipptool --version`
reports `CUPS v2.0.0`.

Will the version on cups.org be updated sometime too?
