[cups-devel] Debug Logging in Cups

Update:

I found that the issue was that I was linking with the wrong lib-cups (I
was linking with the one on my system).

By adding the environment variable: LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/path/to/dev/cups/cups"

I was able to get the debugging information.
