[cups-devel] ESC/POS Thermal Printer ARM Support

If you search for rastertozj, you'll find a few repos on github which
support various esc/pos printers.  They include at least:

 https://github.com/klirichek/zj-58
 https://github.com/adafruit/zj-58
 https://github.com/nemik/epson-tm-t20-cups

and maybe others.

Each of those has source, and so can be compiled on the rasp.
