[cups-devel] Newbie Onboarding

Hi all,

I am new to the community and wanted to explore and understand cups. I
already have cups installed and running (configured with my printer etc).
But since i wanted to experiment with it, i decided to build it from source
to another location.

I am running into the following error while running `make all`
