We can't update ESPGS until they make a new GNU release of
Ghostscript.  That was supposed to happen already, but hasn't.

The current gdevcups.c compiles against GS 8.x - you just can't
distribute the combination due to license conflicts (GPL vs AFPL)

Also, the STP interface for Gimp-Print is deprecated and no longer
supported as of Gimp-Print 5.0 (currently in beta).  You should be
using either the IJS or native CUPS Gimp-Print drivers - the STP
driver in Ghostscript is unnecessary.
