CUPS on a Multi-User system

Okay, this is probably a lame question, but I haven't been able to find any information about it.

I've got 3 different classes of users set up on a single X Application host.  These users are running on X terminals and what I'm wondering is whether CUPS suppports a dotfile configuration set that allows an administrator on a multi-user client system to specify different printing configurations for different users?
