printer IP-based restriction

No, you can't limit visibility by IP.  This isn't strictly a bug
(file a RFE if you want it), but is done because IP and name
filtering will slow down the scheduler and may even be inaccurate
(in the case of polling).

Also, since the broadcasting of printer information is similarly not
limited, limiting it in the polling configuration would be
inconsistent.

if you would like to see this functionality.  Please include any
implementation suggestions, patches, etc. you may have, as we have
not come up with a solution yet that scales...
