AirPort Express Printing & CUPS

Anybody had any success setting up CUPS to talk to AirPort Express's print
server? (Espescially since Apple's OSX supposedly USES CUPS?)

I've already found that I'm supposed to use the

socket://ip_addr:9100

URI to get to AirPort Express's printing...

That being said, I have no problem printing to the AirPort Express
directly from Windows, but I'd like to set it up so I can use CUPS to
handle all the queueing, management for my network.

Unfortunately, I can't get CUPS to print, even though it claims to have
set up the printer OK.

My printers.conf is the following:
# Printer configuration file for CUPS v1.1.21rc1
# Written by cupsd on Sun Aug 22 17:13:47 2004
<DefaultPrinter DeskJet_930C>
Info Hewlett Packard DeskJet 930C
Location Downstairs
DeviceURI socket://192.168.1.3:9100
State Idle
Accepting Yes
JobSheets none none
QuotaPeriod 0
PageLimit 0
KLimit 0
</Printer>

My error.log has the following (after trying to print something, either
locally, or a networked Windows machine):
E [22/Aug/2004:16:48:10 -0600] get_printer_attrs: resource name
'/printers/::{2227a280-3aea-1069-a2de-08002b30309d}' no good!
E [22/Aug/2004:16:55:49 -0600] [Job 5] Unable to connect to printer
(retrying in 30 seconds): Connection timed out

Any ideas?
