[cups.general] client-error-not-possible from Cups 1.1.19

Hi
I'm triyng to setup my printer Epson Stylus C66 Photo Edition. 
My System is Fedora core 1, the printer system is Cups 1.1.19.

I've downloaded the "rpm" package from "EPowa"
When I try to add a new printer whit the lpadmin the answer is: lpadmin:
add-printer (set device) failed: client-error-not-possible and whit
http://localhost:631 when I try to print the answer is
client-error-not-possible.
What do I to add my new printer?
