I have a 4-page document, which can be printed with lp ..., even with different PrintoutMode's. But then, I used pstops (psutils) to rearrange the pages, and gv says ok to and is able to show the new file. But the printed file looks like made by lp -o PrintoutMode=draft, even if I use -o PrintoutMode=High. Can one help me?
