CUPS Web Admin

I have poured over a ton of documentation and howtos on CUPS and as yet
I have not found anything about enabling anything but http://localhost:631 while you are on the console and nothing regarding how to enable admninistration from another workstation.

I can run linuxconf over a remote interface, but cupsd.conf doesn't see to have an entry to allow remote admin..

Any ideas
