cgi-bin: localhost

Sorry to but in but,

There's a cupsd printserver running on your local machine. Are you using your cupsd to listen to print activity on another another computer?

My way around this would be to substitute dynamically, aka,

if ("127.0.0.1")
then
    replace with "localhost"


(in pseudocode)
