Me Again... IT WORKS!
The 932C Foomatic driver didn't work so I tried the HP New Deskjet driver from the drop down and it works :)

But I cannot print to it. I've tried using smb://guest:@officepc/hpdj and many other variations but nothing works (yes the guest account is enabled). I then decided to try LPD. I have the Print Services for Unix installed on my XP machine. I added the printer in the Cups in the form lpd://192.168.0.2/hpdj but then I get the following error.
