[cups.general] Compression of IPP or LPD data stream

For PostScript, I'd know how to implement compression, but I've no
idea for PCL as far as a spooler (CUPS) and only the printers 
themselves are involved. I don't know about the capabilities of
the thin clients - are they able to do decompression?
