[cups.general] StartDocPrinter

this is an update

finally i was able to print but not over samba (i still don't know why 
it's impossible)
On my windows station i just declared a new printer with location like : 
http://cups.alsace.iufm.fr/printers/HP_info where HP_info is the printer 
declared in cups
