formfeed in banner (end of job)??

Hello all,
I'm writing about the FAQ about creating my own banner pages.  Looks good - but 
I'd like to create one for the ending banner page - so that the page will be 
kicked out (e.g. w/ formfeed) of the line printer in our machine room.

I've copy/pasted the stuff from that FAQ item and it looks good otherwise, I 
just seem to be having a problem (mental or otherwise) in getting a formfeed in 
there, since our line printer doesn't do one upon a timeout, as apparently our 
lasers are doing.
