where are the CUPS PostScript printer drivers for Windows??

They are not here or on easysw.com. The download page says "We do not have a release date for the new driver at this time, however you can still use the Microsoft Windows 2000 driver files as documented in the cupsaddsmb(8) man page to get most of the CUPS functionality." So where are they?? I see posts going back to November asking the same question.
