[cups.general] count pages befor printing

Download and install pykota from :

    http://www.librelogiciel.com/software/PyKota/action_Presentation
    
Then create printers and set prices on them in PyKota's database,     
and use the pykotme command line tool, which will give you the
price of the job in advance, and will let you chose the printer
on which the price is the lower.

As an alternative, use PyKota's pkpgcounter's command line tool
to just know how many pages the job is long.
