If you are the job-owner of job-id "345" on old_printer, and if you are
allowed to use new_printer, this consecution of commands should work:

 1. /usr/sbin/lpmove old_printer-345 newprinter
 2. lp -i 345 -H restart

Commands to remember:

 1. lpstat -o # shows all queued jobs on all printers

 2. /usr/sbin/lpmove 345 new_printer # lpmove may not be in your $PATH

 3. lp -i 345 -H restart

Be aware that "lpmove"-ing printjobs from one CUPS server to another
one will change the job id (or may not work at all). KDEPrint has a
GUI to move jobs, interfaceing with the CUPS API.
