Instances of CUPS printers do not work remotely, not even for Unix-ish
CUPS clients. They only work locally, and need to be defined locally.

On Unix-ish CUPS clients, you can create local instances of printers
defined on a remote CUPS server. The info is going into one of

 * /etc/cups/lpoptions
 *  $HOME/.lpoptions

depending on how the instance was created, and by whom -- a normal
user or the root user.
