[cups.general] All jobs automatically cancelled

Hi,

I wanted to raise the max number of jobs in the queue, so I modified in 
cupsd.conf MaxJobs to 1000000 (arbitrarily high), and did 
/etc/init.d/cups reload. I'm using debian woody with cupsys backport 
(version 1.1.14).

But the cups daemon cancelled all active jobs, which was not what I 
wanted! Logs say:

.....
E [28/Dec/2004:11:48:51 +0100] Unable to convert file 0 to printable 
format for job 248!
.....

Should I have known this in advance ?
