pages not found error on tsp643 with installed drivers

Hello,

I am trying to print a simple file like /etc/passwd on a redhat 7.3 system with cups.  The printer is a tsp643 and I have installed their drivers and filters.  From the web interface I can successfully print the test page and it works great but when I try to use lp or lpr to print anything, even a simple text file it get these errors, you can also see the sucessful printing throught the web interface:

I dont understand why it would complain about pages not found.  I will continue my search but if anyone has any quick answer to this please email me directly or reply here.
