[cups.general] short host name versus FQDN in Allow directives

Hi!

For the record: when accessing CUPS from another host on the LAN
it does _only_ work when using the FQDN in the Allow directive. The
short host name does _not_ work with clients on the LAN (in contrast
to the machine running CUPS, where only the short name works and
the FQDN does not). Weird.
