Permissions

Your command is trying to move to /Model, which is a directory Model inside the / (root) directory.
It tries to create this directory and certanly you don't have permission.

You really want the command:
finemanruss at linux:~/Documents> mv IMG_0001.JPG Model
suposing you are at ~/Documents directory or,
finemanruss at linux:~/Documents> mv ~/Documents/IMG_0001.JPG ~/Documents/Model
from any directory loged as finemanruss user.
