[cups.general] -o prettyprint with B/W printer

Hi!

I'm running the Debain Woody packaged CUPS version 1.1.14 with a
monochrome PostScript laser printer. The manual says that
"-o prettyprint" will italicize comments. Instead it prints them
in the Roman typeface with a gray color (strings and #included files
too) which looks rather ugly. Is there a way to print only 100%
black colors and use only bold and italic for highlighting?
