MacOSX problem while printing on Linux CUPS server

Hello,

When I print from Office 2003 on MacOSX to a Linux CUPS server (the 
printer are not installed on the MacOSX machines) with specials fonts I 
obtain square instead of the character (for example micro).

I think it's a problem of missing fonts on my Linux box (debian woody 
with CUPs 1.1.20 from backports.org) but I dont know where I must 
install them and how to find them on the Mac.

Does anybody have an idea?
