Pages won't finish printing

I have installed an Epson777i from a windowsbox using kdeprint. Regardless the driver I use, the pages don't finish printing. There are ALWAYS a few lines left to be printed.

I am using RH 8.0, Cups and the Foomatic gimp driver under the Epson 777 driver list.

What to do?
